SPONSOR

  1. When is the deadline to participate as a Texas ACG Capital Connection sponsor?
    Sponsorship deadline is March 10 in order to be listed in our program guide. You may still sponsor following the deadline; however, your details are not likely to be included in the program guide.
  2. What sponsorships are available for purchase at this time?
    Please click here for a list of available sponsorship on the sponsor prospectus.
  3. How do I register my attendees that are included in my sponsorship?
    After you submit your sponsorship form, you will receive a sponsorship packet within 2-3 days containing valuable information including a registration ticket form. Kaomi Sealy, ksealy@acg.org will be handling sponsor registrations.
  4. When are sponsor tables assigned and when will I find out my table assignment?
    Sponsor tables layout will be assigned three weeks prior to the event and will be posted on the sponsor page at www.txacg.org
  5. Are sponsorships refundable?
    Sponsorships fees are fully earned and non-refundable.
  6. Who should I contact for more sponsorship information?

EXHIBITOR

  1. When is the deadline for exhibitors to participate in the Texas ACG Capital Connection or TACC?
    Exhibitor deadline is March 10 in order to be listed in our program guide. You may still sponsor following the deadline; however, your details are not likely to be included in the program guide.
  2. What are the requirements in order to be an exhibitor at TACC?
    Your firm must be a private equity group or mezzanine lender in order to qualify and register as a TACC exhibitor.
  3. What benefits are included as an exhibitor?

  4. When are exhibitor tables assigned and when will I find out my table assignment?
    Exhibitor tables and layout will be assigned three weeks prior to the event and will be posted on the exhibitor page at www.txacg.org
  5. Are exhibitor fees refundable?
    Exhibitor fees are fully earned and non-refundable.

ATTENDEE

  1. What is included in my registration for the Texas ACG Capital Connection?
    Admission to the TACC conference, opening reception, closing reception, breakfast keynote, capital connection, and food and drinks during the conference events. DealSource and the Women’s luncheon require separate registration. See DealSource section for more info.
  2. When will an attendee list be ready to view?
    A conference attendee list will be available via email and the Pitchbook conference app three weeks before conference.
  3. Is my registration refundable?
    Requests for cancellations and conference fee transfers received on or before February 24, 2017 will receive a full refund or transfer.
    Requests received between February 25, 2017 and March 3, 2017 will incur a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be offered after March 4, 2017 for any reason, including the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
    ACG does not issue refunds for no-shows. If you find you are unable to attend, consider substituting a colleague in your place.
  4. What if my flight is cancelled for any reason?
    Please be advised that ACG is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel charges or conference fees that attendees may incur due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, cancelled or rescheduled events. See cancellation policy above.
  5. Can I substitute someone in my place if I am unable to attend the conference?
    You may substitute a colleague in your place up to 48 hours before the conference.

  2. Can I register the day of the event?
    Yes, you may register on site the day before or day of the event. See times above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ACG reserves the right to substitute presenters and/or topics due to scheduling conflicts, and to cancel or reschedule an event. Please be advised that ACG is not responsible for any airfare penalties or travel charges attendees may incur due to substitutions, sold-out, cancelled or rescheduled events. Requests for cancellations and conference fee transfers received on or before February 24, 2017 will receive a full refund or transfer. Requests received between February 25, 2017 and March 3, 2017 will incur a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be offered after March 4, 2017 for any reason, including the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. ACG does not issue refunds for no-shows. If you find you are unable to attend, consider sending a colleague in your place. The registration fee will be adjusted if a non-member replaces an ACG member. To arrange for any changes, simply contact Kaomi Sealy at ksealy@acg.org

OPENING AND CLOSING RECEPTION

  1. What are the opening and closing receptions?
    The opening reception will take place on Wednesday, March 29, from 5:30-7:00pm on the 2nd floor of the KBHCC in Hall D lobby. This has become a must attend event of the TACC. Cocktails and appetizers will be served.
    After a long day of networking, all attendees are invited to unwind and enjoy cocktails, music and light appetizers. The closing reception will take place on Thursday, March 30 from 3:30-5:00pm on the 2nd floor of the KBHCC in Hall D lobby.
  2. Who is invited to the opening and closing reception?
    All Texas ACG Capital Connection attendees are invited to the opening and closing reception.
  3. Do I need a ticket to attend the opening and closing reception?
    You will need your name badge to attend ALL TACC events, which will serve as your ticket.

VIP PARTY

  1. Who is invited to the TACC VIP party?
    All exhibitors, sponsors, IB’s, TACC committee members receive a complimentary, exclusive invitation to attend this year’s Texas VIP Playground party.
  2. Is complimentary transportation provided to the venue?
    Motor coach transportation is complimentary and provided by TACC from the three contracted hotels including Omni, Aloft and The Lorenzo. Bus schedule and info will be emailed to all attendees.
  3. Can I purchase additional VIP tickets for a guest?
    VIP tickets are not for sale and cannot be purchased. Each party is allotted a certain number of tickets, based on level of sponsorship, to the Texas VIP Playground Party.

DealSource

  1. What is DealSource?
    DealSource is a series of 20 minute one-on-one meetings between investment banks and private equity groups in a “speed dating” format. DealSource will run from 12:00 to 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 on the 2nd floor of KBHCC in ballroom D.
  2. Who is eligible to attend DealSource?
    All private equity exhibitors are automatically eligible to attend DealSource.  All Investment Bank sponsors are automatically eligible to attend DealSource.
