ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity (“OMPE”) is a Dallas, Texas-based provider of mezzanine and/or equity capital to lower middle market and middle market companies throughout North America. Led by Jeff Sangalis, the OMPE team includes ten professionals with significant and complementary experience investing in middle market transactions. Over the past three years the OMPE team has invested approximately $275 million in 20 transactions. Because OMPE is investing balance sheet capital, there are no limitations regarding the maximum equity and/or required percentage of debt capital in a given investment. OMPE seeks to partner with and invest capital alongside private equity sponsors, family offices, and established independent sponsors.
