Tony Banks

Director, RSM US LLP

Tony is a Director and National Sales Leader for Corporate M&A Advisory at the accounting firm of RSM US LLP.

Prior to joining RSM, Tony worked as Director and National Private Equity Sales Leader for Grant Thornton, LLP.

Before his time at Grant Thornton, he was the Director of Business Development for Hein & Associates.

Prior to his experience with Hein, Tony worked as a Vice President for JD Ford & Company, a Denver-based, investment banking firm.

Tony also worked in New York and in Dallas for Goldman Sachs’, PWM Division.

Before he joined Goldman Sachs, Tony was the Director of Marketing for Alexander Capital Management Group, a Denver-based asset management firm.

Dan Vermeire

Managing Director & Principal, CFA Dallas

Dan has a track record of success in corporate development, acquisitions and deal structures. His career began with technology engineering and grew to include all business leadership functions. He has pioneered market regions, set record-level sales closings and led strategic development programs for corporations in the middle market.

Dan has advised or led nearly a hundred successful corporate development projects involving all aspects of strategic planning, M&A process execution, due diligence, and integration programs. Advisory sector experience includes heavy manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, and energy services.

Dan received a BS Business Administration with Honors from the University of Kansas, and has further studies with The Chasm Group, Miller Heiman, Karrass, and SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Dan heads CFA’s Technology Practice Group and was recently named “Dealmaker of the Year” by Corporate Finance Associates and by DCEO Magazine.
