Chuck Johnson

Sr. Executive Relationship Manager, Huntington Bank

Chuck Johnson joined Huntington Bank’s Houston Commercial Banking Team in May 2024 as part of the Bank’s expansion into Texas. He has fourteen years of Relationship Banking experience that includes providing senior debt for M&A transactions, working capital needs and business expansions. Chuck has worked with private equity groups, family offices, and companies throughout his career. While his current focus is on companies with annual revenues for $25 million to $1 billion, he has experience with larger and smaller size companies.

Chuck started his Banking career in 2010 with F&M Bank in Dallas, Texas, and then moved to Houston in 2013 to work for Comerica. After Comerica, Chuck worked at Bank of Texas (BOKF) for five years and then was recruited by Fifth Third to help them with their expansion into Houston. He was instrumental in Fifth Third’s growth in Houston including being the top performing Houston Banker in 2022 and 2023.

Prior to his career in Banking, Chuck worked as an Electrical Engineer for ten years and held various roles from team lead, program manager, design engineer and test engineer in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries. Chuck’s unique experience as an engineer and Banker enables him to develop customized banking solutions for Middle Market companies. As a relationship manager and trusted advisor, he has a thoughtful approach to helping clients meet their objectives.

Chuck is active in volunteering his time to non-profit organizations. His current active roles are on the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth Houston chapter, coaching the Spring Branch ISD Future Farmers of America Sporting Clays team and on a committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Over the years, he has been asked to serve in many leadership positions on the non-profit boards including – President, Chair, Vice President, Treasurer, Campaign Chair and committee chair.

Chuck and his wife, Lisa, enjoy spending time together and with their son, Andrew. On the weekends you can find them at a sporting clays competition (either coaching or participating), or at their farm relaxing and hunting. They are currently transitioning to being empty nesters.

Jen Sudduth

Managing Partner, Sudduth Search

As the Founder of Sudduth Search, Jen has over 20 years of experience in retained, executive search focused on hiring Transformational Talent; leaders who can accelerate successful change and growth throughout an organization, with her primary client base being the private equity industry. Her industry focus spans a multitude of industries, including technology, industrials, energy and energy transition, and manufacturing. Jen is a problem solver and an executor; moreover, she understands the change-maker persona, and the traits it takes to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Jen holds a Psychology degree from TCU, she is the current chair of the Special Olympics Texas East Region, currently on the board of ACG and a past President of the Houston Chapter. Jen was also named as a “2022 Women Who Mean Business” honoree by the Houston Business Journal.
