ACG Access is not an app. It's an online platform that allows attendees to login (prior to event) and download scheduled meetings to their personal mobile calendar.

The platform will be available one week prior to the event. Once registered, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your ACG Access login information. Due to the nature of the software, we only upload new registrants once a day. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

*We will allow on-site registration, so if you miss registration online, please still join us at TACC and we'll get you registered.

ACG reserves the right to substitute presenters and/or topics due to scheduling conflicts, and to cancel or reschedule an event. Please be advised that ACG is not responsible for any airfare penalties or travel charges attendees may incur due to substitutions, sold-out, cancelled or rescheduled events. Requests for cancellations and conference fee transfers received on or before March 19, 2024 will receive a full refund or transfer. No refunds will be offered after March 20, 2024 for any reason, including the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. ACG does not issue refunds for no-shows. If you find you are unable to attend, consider sending a colleague in your place.
