Gemma is a founding partner in the Corporate Practice Group in Sheppard Mullin’s Dallas office where she has an active M&A practice, representing buyers and sellers, including many founders, in middle market transactions. Gemma is a small business owner herself and spent 15 years on the business side negotiating advanced technology transactions at Texas Instruments. She brings a unique, business savvy, effective perspective to the table and relies on her real world experience to advise her clients. Gemma is also a former president of DFW ACG.
