Third Century Investment Associates II, L.P. ("TCIA II") manages committed private equity capital for significant
investments in small businesses. We invest actively in partnership with operating companies and management teams located

in the United States and Canada. Our team targets proven businesses in specialized sectors where we work to become
advantaged investors through existing or acquired expertise. We are a disciplined, process-driven partnership, focused on
long-term fundamentals. Our mission is to build sustainable business value, earn a superior return and develop a best-in-
class reputation within the markets we serve. Third Century concentrates on business situations involving scalable growth,
adequate downside protection and opportune industry trends or other special forces. We balance a thoughtful, thematic

approach to new market entry with consideration for attractive, generalist opportunities as they arise. Our criteria follow:

Target Performance Companies with $3 million - $10 million of EBITDA
Geographic Focus United States and Canada

Economic Ownership Control or shared control with appropriate rights
Partnerships Third Century invests alongside business owners, management teams,
established equity groups, search funds, and independent sponsors to
create long-term partnerships

Transaction Types Liquidity and growth capital for corporations, entrepreneurs, passive

corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, new business platforms and
generational asset transfers
