         Littlejohn Capital, LLC is a family office targeting opportunities in the lower middle-market that are undergoing a
         fundamental change in capital structure, ownership, strategy, operations or growth. As a hands on investor, we are a
         preferred partner to management teams who seek experienced advice and can benefit from our operational and strategic
         approach. Our firm is controlled by Angus C. Littlejohn Jr., the founder of Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a leading middle market
         private equity firm, where he currently serves as Chairman. However, as a family office, our investment capital is flexible
         and patient allowing us to focus on creating long term value. Angus C. Littlejohn Jr. has been an active investor for over 35
